REFRESH VIP Memberships are annual. We require a 30 day written notice for any cancellations. A membership fee of $99 will be automatically debited from your credit card each month and saved in your REFRESH wallet. The day of the debit will be determined by the day in which you have signed up for membership. Your membership fee is banked each month and may be used for any service or purchase, however discounts are not to be combined. A one time enrollment fee of $29 is required to set up each membership.
